Thom is a professional engineer with 30+ years of international experience providing asset integrity and asset management consulting services across Europe, Asia and North America. Industry sectors include upstream / downstream Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Marine, Power Generation, Transportation and Port sectors, acting as Director and Project Manager of engineering based asset performance, risk, reliability and associated consulting services.

Tacoma is an experienced industrial operations executive, Professional Engineer (Chemical) and practical thought leader, able to understand complex business problems and provide creative solutions across a variety of asset intensive industries. Extensive experience in all areas of industrial (esp. refining) and public operations that leveraged the value of asset management to provide a practical value-driven approach for complex facilities and infrastructure, both private and public.

What’s the refund policy?

For no cost or fees, we will assign your registration to the next available course or to a substitute delegate from your organization. Differences in course fees will be invoiced. Please notify jennifer@uberlytics.com 7 days prior to the course to make a substitution.

Cancellations:

• Received up to 30 days prior to the first day of the course will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• Received from 29 days to 15 days prior to the first day of the course will receive a 50% refund.
• Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received from 14 days prior to the event.

Can you recommend accommodations? Will I need to rent a car?

The training venue is conveniently located close to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and to many hotels. The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Phoenix Airport offers free shuttle service from the airport and to the training venue and discounts to delegates. We will supply you with a list of recommended hotels after registration.
